Furnished with an unprecedented testing and repair facility located in Riyadh, Saudi Pump Factory stands out having one of the most sophisticated and comprehensive Pump Performance Testing Capabilities in the region. SPF has tested Sump Pumps up to 250HP, Canned Pumps up to 550HP and Multistage pumps up to 900HP. In addition, Saudi Pump is capable of doing full String Tests as well as Simulation tests for particular site conditions.

 

Test Facilities

 

  • Underground water tank of capacity 75,000 Gallons and 30 feet deep for testing submersible pumps.
  • Above ground tank of 25,000 Gallons for testing horizontal pumps with positive suction and NPSH Test.
  • Electric power supply in voltages ranging from 115 Volts to 4160 Volts.
  • Variable frequency drive up to 250 KVA.
  • Calibrated electric motors up to 850 HP.
  • Instrumentation to measure vibration, sound and other test parameters.

 

Test Capabilities

 

  • Capacities up to 10,000 GPM.
  • Power up to 1 MW.
  • Hydrostatic pressure test up to 3000 PSIG.
