Saudi Pump Factory (SPF) boasts an independent project division for Mechanical and Electrical field installations.       A comprehensive team of professional and experienced personnel perform on site erection and commissioning of pump, valve, piping and instrumentation systems with all types of power controls. Fabrication work on standard to exotic materials is performed both within the factory as well as at site to ensure a high level of fitment and quality installation. The project department has executed many prestigious jobs throughout Saudi Arabia as well as the Gulf.

In addition to installation work, SPF Engineers can analyze the total operating systems to insure that pumps meet the flow, head, and NPSH requirements and the valves and pipes are within the proper selection guidelines. Complete overhauling and retrofitting audit can be preformed to diagnose systems as well as individual equipment. Through the audits, and to meet the changing needs, SPF can than recommend and perform the following:

• Convert conventional stuffing boxes to Mechanical Seal arrangements.

• Rebuild and upgrade rotating elements with dynamic balancing.

• Improve Hydraulic Performance by redesigning impellers.

• Rebuild and upgrade complete pumps with performance characteristics testing.

• Reassess metallurgy of various equipment parts to address corrosion problems.
