Company Introduction

The Mission

Saudi Pump Factory (SPF) was established in 1987 to provide a highly technological machining, servicing, testing, research and development center for all ranges of pumps and their accessories which until now has not been equaled in Saudi Arabia or in the Gulf Region in the field of pumping technology. Its commitment to produce quality products has become SPF's trademark in the market place. Today, this dedication and commitment has proven SPF's worth and reputation among its peers.

A Brief History of Rapid Progress

Chairman and sole owner of Saudi Pump Factory Mr. Nabil H Al-Hashim signed an agreement with Thyssen Machinenbau Ruhrpumpen GmbH of Witten, Germany for the licensed manufacturing of many of Ruhrpumpen's products. The agreement also included the engineering design of the factory layout, the supply of the specialized machinery, tools and equipment and technical assistance from the start of installation to commissioning and throughout the various stages of production.

Also, Saudi Pump Factory entered into a licensing manufacturing Agreement with Aurora Pump -USA, a division of Pentair Pump Group, David Brown Union Pumps Ltd. of U.K. and Bopp & Reuther Armaturen GmbH, Germany to manufacture/fabricate/assemble/test pumps and valves falling in their product range.

To manufacture the products meeting the stringent quality requirements of the industry, SPF is equipped with state-of-the-art CNC machines/machining centres, balancing machines and computerized pump performance testing including NPSH testing. Quality management system conforming to ISO 9001 is in place since 1995. Several Pumps and pumping systems are manufactured, tested and commissioned to the best satisfaction of contractors, consultants and end users on various prestigious projects not only in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia but in all neighboring GCC countries.
