PRECISION ENGINEERING TECHNOLOGIES (PET) a division of SAUDI PUMP FACTORY provides precision machining, fabrication and assembly sub-contract service for all industry sectors. PET’s certified ISO 9002 manufacturing service, forms a partnership with its customers by providing cost reduction solutions by minimizing their investments in machinery, tooling, manpower & efficiency and/or quality upgrading.
PET is equipped with the latest computer controlled CNC machining centers, the workshop is one of the most highly equipped in the region. The computer-controlled machinery ensures machining precision, flexibility, continuity and uniformity. The flexibility of the shop gives the customers the ability to manufacture prototypes, one-off or mass production in materials ranging from high grade steels to simple cast iron parts and with its fully trained and highly qualified engineering staff. The flexibility is further enhanced by having the capabilities of reproducing from samples, drawings or complete re-engineering of the part or product with the assistance of CAD stations generating 3 dimensional CAD drawings.
As for the machine shop, the fabrication and assembly services are supported by some of the industries most sophisticated machinery available to ensure proper mechanical fitment. There are a wide range of special purpose machines such as CNC static & dynamic balancing machines, shaft straightening machines, all types of welding machines, grinding machines, milling machines, etc…etc. This ensures that the assembled parts are of the highest mechanical attainable integrity. This in turn gives the customers the peace-of-mind that the product will perform properly, trouble free from the first time.
PET’s professional team of engineers and well-trained manpower are capable of engineering, planning, executing and operating most any job.
