To complement SPF’s unique manufacturing capacity, a quality after sales service and spares division has been put in place to manage all pump and valve warranties and coordinate customer feedback and response. The Service division can trouble-shoot and repair all makes, models, and sizes of pumps and valves and is staffed by professionals and supported by the factory’s production machinery and testing equipment. And with a finished and spare parts store having a capacity of up to 100,000 m³, SPF’s customers are insured of on-time parts availability. In addition to repair work, SPF technicians can analyze the total pumping systems to insure that pumps meet the flow, head, and NPSH requirements; rebuild and upgrade rotating elements as well as complete pumps to meet changing needs, than dynamic balance and performance test the equipment after rebuilding and overhauling.

The customer feedback through the service division allows SPF to utilize its valued information for future development of new products to the benefit of the customer. One of the strengths of SPF’s philosophy is to continually improve and adjust equipment/machinery to the market conditions. Research and development, which is fully supported by a full-fledged Test Rig, is an integral key to product improvement.

A fully equipped after-sales support team is available at all times to provide solutions to the customer’s requirements supported by the latest CAD operating techniques and testing procedures.
